HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF HENLEY RFC FROM THE WEBSITE.

  1. Go to http://www.henleyrugbyclub.org.uk/
  2. Click on ‘Information’.
  3. Click on ‘Membership’.
  4. Use this link if you don’t already have the Free Programme ‘Adobe Reader’ on your computer. http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/?promoid=BUIGO
  5. From page 1 of Membership Application 2009/2010 choose which type of Membership you would like. Then Scroll down to complete the form with your personal details, filling in all the required fields.
  6. TIP:- Date of Birth is in DD/MM/YYYY format.

    Tick the box beside your chosen Membership type.

  7. Note your Reference Number. You can now print your own copy if you wish by clicking on the ‘Print Form’ button.
  8. Press the ‘Submit’ button. This should show a link to your Email system from which the form should be sent and where a record of your application will be held. Depending on your system, you may need to log on to your Email to send the application.

It is imperative that you submit the form electronically as it will save the Club Administrators huge amounts of time in data entry as well as ensuring the Club has your correct details on its database.

Your application will have been registered on the Club’s database and you can then post your cheque to the Club Office. Please ensure that you quote your reference number in your letter and write it on the reverse of your cheque.

If, as a Dry Leas Bronze Member, you wish to apply for a Season Ticket please state this and include the payment in the amount of your cheque.

The fact that you have paid your subscription will be forwarded to The Membership Secretary who will then complete your Membership Card and any of the benefits associated with your class of Membership. These will then be sent to your home address.
